New Tenants, New OWNERS AND AGENTS Move-in procedures

A little paperwork and you're ready to move in to Pier Colony,.  

So lets get started!

Simple as 1,2,3

Paperwork to the Community Manager

1. New Owners, New Tenants & Owners with Tenants moving in

New Owners:

Submit your Unit Registration  Form to Community Manager 7 to 10 days prior to your planned move-in date

Tenants:  

Submit your Lease Agreement & Unit Registration Form  7 to 10 days prior to planned move-in, to Community Manager for Board Approval

2. Pay Your Move-In Fees

Move-In Fee:  $150

Tags for your Vehicles:  $35 per tag & $35 Activation Fee for each Vehicle Registered.

Fob for each Resident:  $35 for each Fob & $35 Activation Fee, Each

3. Arrange a Move-In Date

Notify the Community Manager of the date you plan to move in


We're ready when Your are

Management has your Unit Registration form, you have paid your move-in fees and you have your Fobs, and your vehicles have been tagged!  The Security Guard will open the Walnut Gate for you when you are ready. Move In.
